Thank you all!

I hereby declare the gathering a success and I hope everybody remembered to pay Ken? From Mahjong to PS2, I guess everyone enjoyed themselves. A little sorry to Windbell though, seems to have been isolated. Dude you must initiate interaction!

Ken was on Bankai and made us great home-made Italian food on demand, standard enough to shame that of Pasta Mania and Swensen’s.Truly a spectacular sight. Or taste. I actually liked the Mushroom Pasta thingy best but only had the chance to have one single bowl. That’s one dish I’ll learn for sure, that is after perfecting my uber-flawed carrot soup.

The main objective of Nick, Ken and me to push for this gathering is because all of us CPL/3SG(NS) dudes are matriculating into University soon, and surprisingly none in the same Faculty, Kwok and Ken as exception. Some of us are already working out there. I’m predicting that such gatherings will no longer be actually possible in future as the stress and academic workload builds up and this supposed last gathering is rather important to all of us who braved the 2 years of hell together. Thanks for the attendance and may we gather again for 40+ rounds of Mahjong once more. Rather surprising that Mahjong is the main activity when geeks gather, normally boring anime discussion sessions would have been more befitting.

    pasta mania is junk food. Otherwise, thank you all for allowing me to cook for you guys. Certainly enjoyed it, and I can see a lot, if not everyone, enjoyed the food. And yes everyone paid up. Thank you!

    and the names of the pasta dishes are(in order of being served):
    Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
    Spaghetti alla Carbonara
    Linguine all’Alfredo
    Spaghetti Al Funghi

    And I would like to thank windbell for helping out in the kitchen the most and especially with grilling the fish!

    Ken resparked my interest in making pasta… Just had my 2nd go at Cabonara this morning and used Linguine…

    Hmmm… not bad but cooked the bacon to a crisp. Maybe some of you would like that XD
