Lastly, I hope that, while I’ve sort of taken up the responsibility of maintaining this blog, deleting posts is DEFINITELY not what I would do, no matter how dumb the post is. This is a blog for 1Obn, and I think all of us here needs to respect each other’s dignity.
On the other hand, I would also expect sensible posts. While it may seem humourous/fun to do in the heat of the moment, we are all grown ups and as such I would expect some maturity when posting. I need not have to refer to the post(s)/comment(s) leading to these clarifications.
Lastly, I need to confirm the number of people going for the EOY event at my house. I was planning a BBQ, but after some discussion with kwok, seems that steamboat somewhere in Marina Bay/Bedok, followed by overnight LAN/stayover at my house is another alternative. Of course, there’s still this “ikoi” thing that I still can’t quite understand, but I definitely need CONFIRMATION to take some proactive action.
Alot of us are seriously interested in having this EOY/ORD party, so I’d really appreciate it if you all could assist me in the planning, and being slightly more vocal. Alternatively, if you are really too busy/not that interested, I hope you have the sense not to post wet-blanket type comments regarding the event. I’m the one initiating after all, and I think I should have a say, if not the say, whether the event happens or not.
