I just checked it out. It appears that it’s a KOREAN band. I’m biased against the entire fucking language so fuck.
I thought it was rather easy to differentiate Korean from Japanese though.

Cherry Filter’s vocalist Youjeen had a 2 years single career in Japan. Also she was raised in Japan. Anyways, Cherry Filter is the coolest Punk Rock band in the world.
